Remember Marie

KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM

Dearest Marie,

You have been a beautiful miracle to many who love you and to those who you do not even know. Your unfortunate and difficult ordeal has been embraced by many and have made it their own. Your life has made its home into so many hearts. For this, you are blessed and very much loved. God has used your HURT to be a MEGAPHONE for His HOPE for all to hear and witness. Your pains and struggles with your health condition are shouting out to many that God is Good and and in Him there is Hope.

I bet you didn't even know that.

If you could take back what has happened to you, I know you would instantly. If your parents can reverse time and skip this tragic event of your brain aneurysm, without question, I know they would. But God had other plans for you. You may not understand all that is happening to you, but never lose sight of what God has done in our life. You are a living miracle. He is not finish with you yet.

You will undergo a major surgery tomorrow. I know you are scared. I would be too. But you have to know that there is HOPE in the Lord Jesus Christ! He will not give you anything you cannot handle. Nothing happens in your live that He is not aware of. There is a beautiful and perfect reason even in your  troubles and fears. Have FAITH in the ONE who has given you life each day. He will take care of you.

But what if the unthinkable happens...and God decides to take you home if the results from the surgery isn't favorable? Does that mean He is no longer good? Does that mean He didn't answer all our prayers? NO. He remains everything that is good, perfect, and right. He has reason for everything. He has a reason why you are still with us.

So when you are hating everything that has happened to you, remember that He knows best. When you can't stand another night in your hospital bed, remember you are not alone. When you are full of frustration, remember that God understands your every hurt. When you are hanging on to your last strand of hope, remember that God is full of Hope.

YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL BLESSING TO US!

Don't you give up on yourself, Marie. Be thankful for every day that God has given you to live. Be thankful for every breath. Be thankful for every baby step you are making towards your recovery. I know this will be hard...but you need to be thankful for what has happened to you and how you are today. You and your life are so much more beautiful today then before. Your HURT has become God's  megaphone for His HOPE.

We will all be praying for your surgery tomorrow. We will be praying for the surgeons who will be in there with you. God will be in control of every major and minor detail...from the time they start to the time it's all done. We will be waiting for you. We will expect a smile on your face when we will finally see you again. See you soon, my dear. You will be okay.

REMEMBER, MARIE....God is good. Keep your eyes on HIM.

Love,
Auntie Lani

P.S.  Ashley loves you endlessly.
